Please read the following information. You are deemed to have read and accepted our standard trading terms when you submit your order. We are compliant with current regulation.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available, you can then choose to cancel and receive a full refund, or accept a replacement product.
Cancellation: You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 days of receipt of the goods*.

*IMPORTANT. Please note your right to cancel orders or return products does not apply to personalised items, or those made to order. These may only be returned if they are faulty when delivered. You must notify us of any defect or damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns
It is the customer's responsibility to check condition of the packaging, and if possible the goods, before releasing the delivery driver with your signature. If you cannot do this, please clearly write 'UNCHECKED' next to your signature. (If the item is being sent as a gift, please inform the recipient of their obligation) In the unlikely event of damage having occurred during transit, please telephone us immediately on 07974 793475. We will then accept the goods back, and refund your carriage costs for the return. We will offer you a replacement or refund. Damage which is not notified within 24 hours is not insured and returned items cannot be accepted.
If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, we will be happy to provide a replacement or refund. (Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned.) Please call us on 07974 793475 for a returns number, as we cannot accept items without this. Items must be returned to us within seven days, in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging, with your returns number clearly written on the package. You are strongly advised to send back items using a recorded delivery service to prevent uninsured loss. We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office. Some items will incur a restocking fee, if you are unsure, please call or email for clarification.
